Reporting infringement
Send a notice to orbitapp@atomicmail.io including: your contact details; identification of the work you own; the exact link to the content on Orbit; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them; and your signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to the reported content when the claim appears valid, and notify the user who posted it, including a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or that you are authorised to use the work, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the same identifying details and an explanation. We may restore the content unless the complainant pursues legal action.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are suspended and, on continued infringement, permanently banned.
Trademarks and misuse of our brand
Do not copy the Orbit name, logo or interface to create imitation sites or phishing pages. Report suspected copies to orbitapp@atomicmail.io.
