Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Orbit, a social app for sharing photos and videos and for private messaging and calls. By creating an account or using Orbit you agree to them.

1. Who can use Orbit

You must be old enough to use a social app in your country (at least 13, or the higher age required where you live) and you must provide accurate account information. One person may keep only a limited number of accounts; automated mass registration is not allowed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. We recommend enabling two-step verification. Do not share your account, impersonate other people, or try to access anyone else's account or data.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, captions and messages you post. You grant Orbit a limited licence to store, process and display that content so the service can work (for example showing your posts to the audience you chose). You confirm you have the right to share everything you upload.

4. Acceptable use

Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content involving minors, illegal content, spam, scams, impersonation and sharing other people's private data without consent are forbidden. Do not attack, scrape or overload the service, and do not try to bypass security or rate limits.

5. Moderation, suspension and bans

Moderators may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms. Suspensions have an expiry date; bans do not. You can appeal a decision by contacting a moderator from your account email.

6. Availability and changes

Orbit is provided as-is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features can change or be removed. We may update these terms; substantial changes are announced inside the app and the date above is updated.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Orbit and delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your profile, posts and messages. Inactive and completely empty accounts may be deleted automatically after 7 days. We may end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. For any question about these terms, write to orbitapp@atomicmail.io.
